Privacy Policy

1. Who this covers
This policy explains how Survizo handles personal data when organisations ("customers") use the platform, and when their community members participate. Customers are the controllers of their members' data; Survizo acts as a processor on their behalf.
2. Data we process
- Account data — names and email addresses of the people who administer or use a community.
- Member data — the contact details a customer uploads to invite members, and the responses, posts, and engagement those members generate.
- Usage and delivery data — sign-in events, key actions (audit log), and email delivery signals such as sends, opens, and clicks.
3. Where data lives
Platform data is stored on Survizo's secure cloud infrastructure and is isolated per community. Customers can export their raw response data as CSV.
4. How we use data
We process data to operate the platform: authenticating users, delivering invitations and notifications, storing and presenting survey responses and content, and generating AI insight reports. We do not sell personal data.
5. AI processing
When a customer generates an insight report, relevant survey responses are processed by our AI provider to produce a summary. This processing happens within our secure cloud environment; outputs are stored alongside the customer's other data.
6. Email and opt-out
Recruitment and notification emails are sent on a customer's behalf. Every recruitment email includes an unsubscribe option, and recipients can opt out at any time.
7. Your choices
Members can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting the community that invited them, who can action these requests within the platform. Customers can contact us for assistance.
8. Security
We use role-based access, tenant isolation, and an audit trail of key actions to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage customers to configure access carefully.
