Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Survizo platform and related services ("Survizo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Survizo on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Survizo is a white-label platform that lets organisations build branded research communities, invite and manage members, run surveys, publish content, and generate insight from member responses. Features available to you depend on your plan and configuration.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Access is role-based; you are responsible for who you grant administrator, client, researcher, moderator, and member access to.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the communities you create and the data your members generate, including survey responses, posts, and engagement. We process this data to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process your members' data and for honouring the commitments you make to them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Survizo to:

• send unsolicited or unlawful communications, or contact people who have not agreed to hear from you;
• collect data deceptively or without a lawful basis;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, or disrupt the service.

6. Email and communications

Invitations and notifications are sent on your behalf through the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your recipients have agreed to be contacted and for complying with applicable anti-spam laws. Every recruitment email includes an unsubscribe option.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and may update, improve, or change features over time. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the platform or other customers.

8. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
