Brand tracking

Know whether your brand is moving, and which way.

Ask the same customers the same questions, round after round

Survizo gives you a community of your own customers to ask the same brand questions every quarter. You see a campaign's effect sooner than it shows in sales. The hard part is keeping it consistent. Change a question's wording, or the short name that heads its column in your results, and this quarter no longer compares with the last.

Those customers stay with you from one quarter to the next. Keep each question under the same short name, and each round lines up with the one before. Because the group stays largely the same, a change in the numbers points to a change in how they see you.

Every round lines up with the last, with nothing to retype

Each round exports with the same column names as last time, so it sits beside the last one in your tracking spreadsheet. Your time goes on reading the results.

You give each question a short name, such as AWARE or PREFER, and Survizo uses it as that question's column heading in your results. Keep the names, and every round lines up with the last.

The same goes for markets. Survizo works in twelve languages, including ones that read right to left. Whatever language people answer in, their answers land under the same question name, so every country you track sits in one table.

Awareness, image and preference, in one survey

Survizo has the question types a brand tracker uses, from a grid that rates several brands on the same statements to Net Promoter Score and star ratings. Show logos or ads side by side to check recognition. Ask people to tap the first thing they noticed on an ad, and all their taps add up to one heat map.

Before you settle the questions, have members pick the most and least important from short lists of qualities. Survizo ranks what matters most in your category, so you know which statements earn a place in the tracker.

Check the mood between rounds with quick polls

A quarterly round misses the weeks in between. Run a quick poll after an ad goes out or a competitor makes the news, and know the mood well before the next round. Members hear when a poll opens, you watch the results update as votes arrive, and you can set a time for it to close. Poll results also come on a sheet of their own in the Excel download.

Hear how people talk about you

Add an open question such as "Describe us in one sentence" and ask it every round. Ask the AI to sort the answers, and you get themes showing how often each came up, its tone and a quote. A video question lets people say it out loud, and one press turns any answer you pick into text. Over a few rounds, you can hear the words people use for you change before the scores move.

Find which customers are moving, then share the results

A flat total can hide two groups moving in opposite directions. Save the groups that matter to you, by age, city or any other detail you hold about members. Then compare two of them side by side on any question. You can also group members by when they joined, to see whether long-standing members answer differently from new ones.

After each round, download a PowerPoint deck with charts you can edit. You also get an Excel file with a sheet that explains every column, and an SPSS file your analysts can open straight away. All three come from the same numbers. Ask the AI to draft a written report, and it records the sources it used so you can check its work.

Questions

Questions about brand tracking

How do the rounds fit together?

They line up column for column. Each round is its own survey, and each question keeps its short name, so the results sit beside the last round's. When a round is due, you open it and members get an email saying it's ready. Bring the same Word file each round and every question keeps its name.

Is a community a representative sample?

It speaks for your most engaged customers. Members are customers who chose to join, so the community shows clearly how they change over time. For market share or awareness across your whole category, pair it with a one-off survey of the wider public.

Won't the same people tire of the same questions?

They can, and a few habits keep answers fresh. Keep inviting new customers by email, or from your own WhatsApp Business number to people who have opted in, and compare newcomers with long-standing members. Keep each round short, and move the extra questions into polls and discussions.

Which plan does a tracker need?

Professional or Enterprise. Grids, heat maps and most-and-least ranking come with those plans, along with video answers, saved groups, AI themes and reports, and the Excel, SPSS and PowerPoint files. A tracker that runs all year usually suits a subscription. To track a single campaign, ask for a per-project quote on the fit call. See how plans work.
