Use cases
Four ways to get answers, from customers you can ask again.
Start from the decision in front of you
Every project starts with a decision and a deadline. You need to know which pack goes to print, or why customers are drifting away, before the date arrives.
Survizo gives you a private online community of your own customers, under your brand. Ask them by survey, video question, poll, discussion or live interview, whichever suits the question. When the next question arrives, they're still there.
Every project after the first starts faster. Finding the right people is often the slowest step, and with Survizo you only do it once.
Concept testing
You have several designs, ads or ideas, and a date when someone has to choose. Show your customers the real thing, a pack shot they can zoom into or a prototype they can click through. Find out which option they pick, then hear why in their own words. You walk into the meeting with a winner and the quotes behind it.
New product development
Go back to the same customers at every stage of a new product, so each round builds on what they told you last time. Start with discussions that run for days, so customers can tell you what they struggle with. Narrow a long list of ideas by asking people to choose between them. Once there's something to click, test the design with the people who described the problem in the first place.
Customer experience
Upload your customer list with what you already know about each person. Invite them by email, or from your own WhatsApp Business number to people who have opted in. Ask customers to rate you and say why, then let Survizo's AI group their comments into themes. Each customer's latest score lands on their contact in your CRM, where your teams already work.
Brand tracking
A brand tracker is only useful when you can compare this round with the last one. Each new round lines up with the one before, with nothing to retype, so you can compare the two the day the new round closes. Between rounds, post a quick poll when a competitor launches or a campaign goes live.
One community, many jobs
The same customers can help with every project you run. People you invited for a satisfaction programme can test a new pack next month, then discuss a product idea the month after. You know who they are and what they told you before.
You can share results the same day. Download every answer and, depending on your plan, a ready PowerPoint deck plus Excel and SPSS files for your analysts. All three come from the same numbers, so the chart on the slide matches the table in the workbook. Ask the AI for a report and it records the sources it used and how much of each it read, so anyone can check a finding.
Run it for your brand, your clients or your markets
Research agencies run these projects for clients, each in the client's own community and brand.
If you're a brand, you run them yourself. Skip the long questionnaire when you like, and ask one video question, open a discussion, post a poll or book a live interview.
Independent researchers can set up a community for a single project. In-house insight teams run one community across all their markets, in twelve languages.
Questions
What teams ask before they start
My kind of research isn't on this list. Can Survizo do it?
Most likely, yes. These four are simply the jobs teams bring most often. Tell us about your project on a thirty-minute fit call and we'll say plainly whether Survizo suits it.
Which plan do these studies need?
Most of these projects need Professional or Enterprise. Those plans let you show pack shots and prototypes, use the specialist question types, collect video answers and run live interviews. They also add AI themes and reports, and the Excel, SPSS and PowerPoint files. Starter covers surveys with the everyday question types, polls, discussions, messages and AI help with writing. See how plans work.
Can we pay for one project instead of a subscription?
Yes. Alongside the three plans there's a per-project option. You get one community for an agreed number of weeks, quoted on the fit call.
Who joins the community?
Your own customers. Invite them by email, or from your own WhatsApp Business number to people who have opted in, and choose whether anyone else can sign up.
The next step
Start with one question.
Bring the question you need answered to a thirty-minute fit call with the people who build Survizo. You'll leave knowing whether Survizo suits it and how soon you could start.
