Help if you already use Survizo
Write to support@survizo.com from the email address on your account, and name the community you're asking about. That lets us find it straight away.
If you're a member of a community, the organisation that invited you runs it, so they're the right people for most questions. Your profile also has two buttons for your own data. "Download my data" gives you a copy of everything that community holds about you. "Delete my data" asks the people who run the community to erase what they hold about you.

Write to privacy@survizo.com with any question about how Survizo handles personal data, or to make a request about your own. You can also write to support@survizo.com, the address given in our privacy notice. Both reach the same team.
If you're a member of a community, tell us which one. The organisation that runs it decides how its members' data is used, and we look after that data for them.
