The people who buy your product, one message away
If you run a food, drink, beauty or household brand, you make small bets all year. A new flavour. A pack refresh. A claim on the front of the box. Each bet deserves a word with real buyers before the money goes in. Most never get one, because setting up a study takes longer than the decision can wait.
With Survizo, you invite your own buyers into a private online community under your brand. They join once, and they're ready to answer the day your team needs a view by Friday. You set it up, ask your questions and get the answers back as a slide deck and a written report.
You can start before you write a survey. Ask ten buyers to post a short video in the feed of where they keep the product. Within days, your team has seen it in real kitchens and bathrooms.
What you can find out from your buyers
Which pack design gets noticed
Show two or three designs, let members open each one full screen and zoom in, then ask which they would pick up. Ask them to tap the part of the pack they look at first, and a heat map shows where attention lands. For a new bottle or jar, upload a 3D model and members turn it on screen, before a single unit is made.
Which claim earns its place on the front of the pack
Every claim sounds good on its own. Show members a handful at a time and ask which is most convincing and which is least. After a few rounds, each claim gets a score, so you can see which wins and which to drop. To see how buyers group your range, ask members to sort your products into groups of their own, then compare those groups with your range plan.
How the product gets used at home
Ask members to film where they keep the product and say why it lives there. They record in their phone's browser with nothing to install, and the clip arrives with the rest of their answers. When you want the words in writing, press Transcribe. If the member spoke another language, pick yours and Survizo translates the transcript.
Why people switch, and what would bring them back
Open one private discussion room for lapsed buyers and another for loyal ones. Each group talks freely, out of sight of the other. Ask lapsed buyers what would win them back, then test their idea on the loyal room before you spend on it.
What people think of a launch in its first weeks
Put a poll in the community feed with a closing time. Members and your team see the results update as votes come in, so you know the mood while the launch is still news. Then bring a few voters together on a live video call and hear the reasons behind their vote.
Answers in time for the meeting
Your team never has enough time. You can ask your first question the day you set the community up. When the answers come in, Survizo builds the slide deck, the Excel spreadsheet and the written report from the same figures. Nobody rebuilds charts the night before the meeting.
Between studies, publish posts, short videos and step-by-step courses. Members find something new on each visit, so they are there when the next survey lands.
If you sell in more than one market, members can use the community in twelve languages, including those written right to left. The AI drafts each survey translation, and someone on your team approves every line. Answers in every language land in one set of results.
Your buyers' trust stays intact
Here is how Survizo looks after your buyers, so they keep answering.
- They join under your brand. Your logo and colours appear on every page and invitation email, and WhatsApp invitations come from your own number.
- Every consent is saved with its exact wording. Survizo records what each member agreed to and when, even if you edit the wording later.
- They can take their data, or ask for it to go. Members can download what the community holds about them, or ask for it to be erased. Before they confirm, they see what will be deleted, anonymised or kept. Their video answer recordings are deleted, and their survey answers are anonymised.
- Each brand can stand alone. Run a community for each brand or market from one login. Each one keeps its own members, settings and emails.
- Your agency sees what you allow. Grant each person the sections they need. Anyone you give the results to can cut them by age, city and more, and never sees a member's email address.
- Private messages stay out of the analysis. AI reports use survey answers, discussions and calls, never private messages or complaints.
Questions
Questions brand teams ask
Can we invite our own customers?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet of email addresses, and any other column, such as region or favourite product, is saved to that person's profile. Invite them by email in your own design, or from your own WhatsApp Business number to customers who opted in. Anyone who hasn't joined gets an email reminder on the schedule you set. You also choose whether the community stays invite-only, opens to anyone with its link, or asks you to approve each new sign-up.
Does our agency run it, or do we?
Either. Your own team can run it, signed in to Survizo in the browser. Or your agency runs it and gives your team access to the parts you want, such as the results and the AI reports.
Can members see a product before it's on the shelf?
Yes. Show them pack images they can zoom into, a 3D model of the jar they can turn, or a clickable prototype of the brand's website or app.
How do we pay for it?
As a subscription, or as a single project quoted for the weeks you need, which suits a launch. Each plan includes a different set of features, and How plans work shows what each one covers.
